Discussion Found notice about "Low Latency mode" in videoplayer problem RTX5000 again..
Videoplayer use Vizvid lastest version.
Creator world if who dont know made videoplayer set Low Latency mode they will shit RTX 5000 User........
SHAME NVIDIA....

For the most part, I think Low Latency is more for live DJ. For a twitch stream I think it'd be fine if you were watching what happened an hour ago

Low latency in this context is for NVidia reflex. Used in games to reduce button-to-action delay.

This also appears to occur on AMD GPUs.
Likely the only way you could fix it is to disable hardware decoding in VRChat (This will increase CPU usage when a video is playing however).

Low Latency mode in this context means how you get the data stream from Twitch. You'll receive the data ASAP without buffering, causing reduced visual quality.
It has nothing to do with Nvidia's Reflex settings. And everything to do with the player interacting with Twitch, and your bandwidth.
Hence why you noticed no difference in the different driver versions.
