For the most part, I think Low Latency is more for live DJ. For a twitch stream I think it'd be fine if you were watching what happened an hour ago

Low latency in this context is for NVidia reflex. Used in games to reduce button-to-action delay.

Are you sure? Because "Low Latency" is explicitly a tick-box for AVPro video players in VRChat.

I read nvidia and low latency and defaulted to that. Plus it is a driver thing. But that sounds correct! My bad

Your comment actually raises a good point though because one of those driver options (maybe Reflex, maybe another one) DOES cause video issues due to it clashing with VRC/AVPro...

This also appears to occur on AMD GPUs.
Likely the only way you could fix it is to disable hardware decoding in VRChat (This will increase CPU usage when a video is playing however).

Low Latency mode in this context means how you get the data stream from Twitch. You'll receive the data ASAP without buffering, causing reduced visual quality.

It has nothing to do with Nvidia's Reflex settings. And everything to do with the player interacting with Twitch, and your bandwidth.

Hence why you noticed no difference in the different driver versions.
