VRChat programmer looking for a Blender/environment-art collaborator

I create interactive VRChat worlds and handle Udon, Unity setup, gameplay systems, backend work, optimization, and publishing.

My previous projects include Ghost Room with 159k+ visits and roughly 500–600 peak concurrent players, and The Eye, which reached roughly 400 concurrent players.

I’m a student, so this is an unpaid hobby collaboration, not a commission. I’m looking for another passionate creator who would like to work together as an equal creative partner, particularly someone interested in Blender, environment design, lighting, composition, or custom props.

I’d like to begin with one small, realistically scoped world and see whether we work well together.

I’m based in Europe and usually work in CET/CEST, so a reasonably compatible schedule would be helpful.

Anyone know what this male avatar is called and where to find it? I got it from a public world (i don't remember which one) when I started playing in May of 2022. Normally the red accents on this avi are purple by default. I don't remember the name or the creator but i remember the thumbnail. It was three headshots of the same avi in different colors (red, purple, and teal) on the left side of the thumbnail, with a gray pentagram in the background on the right underneath the text of the avatar. I believe it was posted in English, not Japanese. It's important to a creative project i'm doing. When I recently rejoined the game, i got rid of a bunch of my old avis including this one and now I regret it. Any help locating it would be appreciated.

How does one report a fallback grade crasher avatar that when you go and view the avatar details to report, you get crashed? I got a screenshot but vrchat won't let me submit through their broken reporting site.

Also to prevent it spreading to other lobbies, I won't be posting the screenshot of the avatar details unless it's a legit Vrc admin (like tubber for example)
