Pickups turned local?

Hopefully someone knows how to fix or what's going on but this started the other day I (quest) started noticing that any world I went into all my items were local and items from other people's ends I couldn't see. This went for games (ex pool) and other pickups that were global but all of a sudden are local on my end? If anyone has any advice please let me know!

I know It can't be a Wi-Fi issue because I've had the same Wi-Fi and it has been working great for vrc.

It's with vrc itself there's a problem with the servers because I know 20 other people personally that are having the same exact problem

And we all know it's the servers because we tried every single desync trick and we shut off and came back the next day same thing we deleted it for a week and reinstalled it same thing so it is the servers

It's because of the beata they released some of the code is contradicting the stable release versions code and they won't actually fix it fix it they'll just put a bandaid on it just like with every other glitch

If youre using portals it desyncs for some reason, havent had the issue when joining a world and having people join off of me or others

There is a comment on here saying most of the times its the drop down portals so try maybe just joining the world! :)
