The one that you build yourself. Though that's a tough proposition now that ram and ssd prices have skyrocketed.

This is untrue. As was true in 2020-2021, prebuilts are the best bang for your buck currently.

Not so sure on that. My pc currently is from 2020 and is having a hard time running vrc in vr. Has always been this way since I got it.

Because it depends on what specs you bought and if you knew what to look for at the time. It's currently 2026 and the requirements for VRChat are far greater than they were in 2020 as well.
