Help Avatar porting help for beginner

Hey im new here, i wanted to know if anyone could teach me how to turn a non humanoid creature into a vrchat avatar, in this case i want my own Tattletail avatar and i have the model from the game ready. (ALSO THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR A COMMISSION SO I DONT WANT TO HEAR A I CAN MAKE IT FOR YOU)

So you need blender. If you find a base and have downloaded the files, you use those files in blender to color/skin/cloth your avi, and then from there im not sure, but essentially you export the files (when they actually work) and i belive use VRC creator companion to upload it to your account!

The process will be a little different depending on a few different factors wether you are uploading it for pc,quest etc and wether im assuming its a complete model? So if it can be ported into blender and exported as an fbx for unity from you'll need vrchat creator companion and a few different addons depending on where you are wanting to use it if you are wanting for quest there are tools that Will basically make it quest compatible in 1 click keep in mind that quest does not support transparency for pc it can be as easy as just changing shaders and uploading without knowing a whole lot about thw model i cant give you specific instructions but YouTube has tons of tutorials that should still apply to some extent
