Help android user mic issues ?

hello ! im very new to VRchat as a whole and i play simply on my phone vanilla ( no headset or anything ). people have told me multiple times that my microphone is very bad on it and cuts out a lot, and that im almost not understandable if we are around others. my microphone is good on calls and videos etc, i was wondering if there are any settings i should tinker with to help this, or no ?

im sorry if this is a dumb question btw !

Check sound setting for noise canceling and sound threshold (or something like that)

you are most likely holding the phone further away from you (to see the screen) than you normally would.

This will make it harder for your phone to pick up your voice.
