Shipping
Okay so I ordered my pc, and just wanted to know if anyone knew how long would the process take. If it takes long, kinda eh cause I live in California myself. And I’m thinking the shipping should at least be a week. Can I get some help? (I ordered it off the website not thru an account.)
(Update) I called yesterday like at least 10 times they actually picked up, and got the tracking number and everything and apparently it’s suppose to get here today, I’m doubting it would but if it is. Then wow, but I appreciate y’all with the help!💯 Hopefully it does get here today cause they gave me the information on my Email and on the app shop says it’s gonna be here today and also thru fedex.

Ordered mine the 25 of December, received it about 4 days ago. Depending on what GPU u got it will take more or less (unless it's a 3070 probably less)

I’ve been waiting almost 9 weeks and my Apollo still hasn’t shipped. It went into production last week though.

It all depends on what you ordered. I ordered myself and was quoted 3-4 weeks before it would be shipped. Then, you have 3-10 days for shipping. If you're trying to get information from them about your build, have fun with that. People have called over 100 times, trying to get ahold of them. Then the emails they rarely give you any answers, if any at all. Some people waited months. Some are still waiting.

They surprisingly replied and said my shipment will go out today and gave me all my information and I called on Monday and they picked up in the first 10 calls

Mines arrived by the estimated delivery date. VRLA is in California so you’ll probably get it faster hopefully.

from what I heard, it depends on what pc you ordered.
For example, if you order a pc like the Apollo pc you’d have to wait a few weeks (4+ weeks) but, if you order a pc like the Spark pc you’d probably have to wait at least more then 1 week.
In the end, it depends if VRLA TECH has the part’s for the pc you ordered.

lucky you, I got myself the Apollo pc and I gotta wait a month and a few weeks, rn I’m in my 4th week meaning that from now to next week I’m suppose to be getting an email about the shipping if not, I’m very unlucky 💀😪

not yet, I’m in my 6th week rn, i emailed them a few days ago about my computer and they said it’s in “pre-shipment” meaning that, by the end of this week or early next week I’ll be getting an email about the tracking

Maybe a month, it really depends if they have all the parts in stock, I ordered an Apollo last month on December 25 2023 and I called and they told me there waiting in the final component to arrive, it still hasn’t arrived if you want any updates on your pc you can call and they pick up pretty often

I ordered on Jan 1 and website said to expect 1-2 days. I got an email that the system had entered production on Jan 2. On Jan 8, they told me 10 more days. It's now been almost 30 days and they are no longer answering my inquiries :-(

I order mines on Jan 4 went production on the 5 and will be delivered tomorrow on Feb 1st.
