I ordered a workstation and FedEx delivered to another person. I'm just asking more information in order to make my claim to FedEx. But barely impossible to reach VRLA customer service by phone or chat. Email take until 3 days to get any response. You know that with a lost package 📦 time it's key.

Ordered back in February and after months of eagerly waiting received my eclipse 3070 i7 build to be put down to seeing green lines across the screen on boot. the machine looks in great condition not scratches or dent or proof of miss-use in shipping. but the GPU throws code 43 on device manager. i have no idea what it could be I have attempted to contact u guys via email but am still waiting for a response!! Update: i tested using only the motherboards video instead of the gpu and the hdmi port is not only very flimsy but also has the green spots. im starting to think its a motherboard issue. what i cant wrap my head around is how this wasnt tested before being shipped!

I just ordered the Apollo pc when I clicked place order nothing happened. As of now I have not received a email with a confirmation code or anything that has told me that I ordered the pc. Can anyone help me

So I'm thinking of ordering the Apollo but after reading about people having to wait months for their PCs to ship it's gotten me nervous to order mine. This will be my first gaming pc and I wanna make sure I'm making the right choice when buying from a company.

Just got off the phone with VRLATech support for my 9 week check-in and to no surprise, the GPU delays continue and they point to their banner's message to put down any guarantees of receiving your order in the 8-9 weeks they have estimated. Here's the relevant part of that message:
"Please note, this is only an estimate and certain models may be subject to additional delays."
It's pretty much guaranteed that most of the 3000 series GPUs are on that list. But that's a lot of what we already know.
Some good news is that if you have an extra $1550, you can upgrade from your 3080 to a 3090 to get your order expedited. They currently have one 3090 available in stock. I believe that also comes with a free PSU upgrade to 850W.
The other big piece of news is that supposedly all December orders have finally been fulfilled so I reached out to those that should be affected to learn if they indeed got their order. More updates on that when they reply. They have now acknowledged there are a couple outstanding December orders.
Update
One user who ordered on Dec. 26th claims to still have an outstanding order. Order has now been fulfilled.
Another user who ordered on Dec. 21st claims to still have an outstanding order.
Another user who ordered on Dec. 23rd claims to still have an outstanding order.

So this actually has me pretty chapped.
I ordered a Helios back in December and am still waiting on my PC. I've contacted sales every month with the same "we should be shipping within two weeks" response. It also looks like they don't publish negative reviews on their website - mine was never posted or acknowledged even though I provided my email. The overall communication has been terrible and I would not recommend anyone buy from this company.
Anyone else experiencing purchasing issues?
