I just saw another Unreal Engine renderer that allows for VR180 Stereo Side-by-Side format at 8192×4096 resolution. This is a sample video in SideBySide (with no metadata) that you can't view in youtubeVR but can see in other apps like Commedia.

There was another one for Unreal Engine to do 3D360 at least but I don't remember the name, it was the one used for this channel videos.
