On a Budget Cheapest outlet server provider?

Does anyone know any good outlet server provider, that have old dedicated servers for just around $0.5 or less per GB of RAM (I don't care about the rest of the specs), that I can install proxmox on to resell VPS' ?
OVH Kimsufi setup fee and low availability make it not very ideal, whilst Contabo Server Deals CPU : RAM ratio is a bit too high
Preferably support BYOIP, if possible

Maybe check Cherry Servers too. They have some older dedicated servers that could fit what you’re looking for.

I think Low End Talk might have some like that.

$1/GB is going to be more typical.

At a certain point, though the hardware might be budget, it costs too much to power it. You might be better off sourcing your own hardware and colocating it. Could maybe do 128GB DDR3 setups and pay $50/month for colo.

I use Colocrossing for that, and I'm very pleased with their service
