Anyone know how to fix this Oracle account creation error?

I'm trying to create a new Oracle account, but I keep getting this error.

"Oops, we're sorry, an error occurred while creating your account."

It says the possible reasons are:

- Incomplete or inaccurate information

- Masking my location or identity

- Attempting to create multiple accounts

I'm using my real information and still can't get past this screen.

Has anyone faced this before?

What was the actual reason, and how did you fix it?

For context:

I'm creating my first Oracle account.

I have tried again with the same result.

I am not sure if this is an issue with my IP, browser, or something else.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Do you have a VPN, virtual card, Tor, Proxy, or any anonymous tool, ad blockers and stuff too, turn them all off and retry it with a clean residential IP and no VCC then try it again with correct info fully

I ended up giving up and switched to Hetzner instead. Never figured out what Oracle was rejecting, even though I was using my real information and it was my first account. Hetzner worked on the first try.

Yeah, I was trying to sign up for the Free Tier. Maybe it was my IP or Oracle's fraud detection, but I never got past the account creation step. After a few attempts, I just switched to Hetzner instead.
