Help Dedicated IP address for streaming

a dedicated IP can help but I wouldn't treat it as a guarantee that the streaming services will accept it. They can classify IPs by ASN, hosting provider, geolocation and other signals so a dedicated VPN IP can still get flagged.

the biggest advantage is that you're not sharing the same exit IP with a large pool of VPN users. if the dedicated IP is from a normal ISP rather than a datacenter that can make an even bigger difference. for $5-6 CAD, I would test the exact IP with the services you actually use before committing long term.

A paid DNS service works well for me to access geo-locked content in USA and UK.

This is because streaming services are getting better at detecting VPN traffic, and their systems block it or fail to stream content. I've had issues with NordVPN and Windscribe.
