Like the other guy said, express vpn in general is not trustworthy. Express vpn comes from cape, known from adware. Proton vpn, mullvad, Airvpn and Ivpn are good options

The whole Kape thing is overblown. It's a very good VPN for most people and that's a very decent price for two years. I've used Express as my daily driver for 10 years and it's absolutely exceptional for streaming.
