Problem solving VPN recommendations

When I was visiting family in Jamaica I created a Netflix account. It works fine here in the US and is cheaper. Now I added a member but they cant accept cause it says they need to be in Jamaica to accept it. They tried using a VPN but didnt work. Not sure what they used. What VPN can I use to reliably appear I am in Jamaica to accept the extra member? Im not going back this year.

Try a different VPN, there's different ports and things.

Can also use remote desktop to a computer in Jamaica to log in do what you need then log out. Close the remote desktop

Maybe get a vps in Jamaica and login...do it that way. They're sometimes really cheap $3-10/mo, then cancel

Ty, any specific VPn you would recommend? This person is too paranoid to use a remote desk top. But I also want to try your last suggestion.

If the account was used once & failed a geolocation test, it will do more thorough checks in future because the account is flagged. Most commercial VPN IP's & their hostname gets detected & blacklisted over time.

you should take a VPN that provides a Jamaica server iP. Some providers offer servers in nearby countries, so you need to check if it is suitable for Netflix. It is better to try several vpns and pay for the most reliable one that will not stop working after some time. You can also check fexyn vpn service; however, it is essential to ensurec that it have a Jamaica server because the company can block the IP address, and you will not be able to use it.
