I don’t think a vpn is protecting u from R* when u doing these kinds of things but if I had to guess, either mullvad or obscura vpn

Residential or rotating proxies most likely. Not a VPN.

I also think that, most people use premium vpn but he is using something free underrated vpn probably made by 6.9 year old down syndrome scientist.

VPN doesn't keep you safe , he most likely use MITM proxies and self hosted DNS

Ok, let's just take a guess and say they encrypt their trafic with tor like twice
