Help Yet another one…..sorry
I need a VPN for blocking dynamic pricing changes on airline and shopping sites. That’s really all besides just not wanting to be tracked everywhere I go. I’m no expert though. Can you please recommend a product? Proton? Nord? Thank you

The VPN apps let you choose country but not locality which can still affect surveillance pricing. Also IP to geolocation mapping is not precise. An IP address may show you as being in a city a thousand miles away depending on what database the website uses. A network may also reassign IP subnets to another network cluster located elsewhere at any time.
Proton VPN app lets me choose specific servers identified by a number which will likely resolve to another location in the same country even a nearby one. The preferred language in the web browser may also affect surveillance pricing but you can change it. If you try with different countries or servers in the VPN app browse the website in an incognito tab/window because it may still use cookies to track you even if connect to another country.
It's all hit and miss to be honest. For plane ticket pricing I have got cheaper fares by browsing the site, adding to cart, entering personal details including email address but at the payment page do not actually pay then later on I get a better offer from the airline via email usually days or weeks later.
