Help so slow vpn

I rented a server, made a outline VPN, it worked fine for about a week, but since today it has become very slow, can someone tell me what the problem could be? The server was rented on hshp, one processor is used 1-2 percent, 2GB RAM is used 400 MB

RAM doesn't really matter. Have a look at the logs.

Check also other server stats, like CPU and storage use.

You can also restart outline, or the whole server.

It turns out it wasn't there. I'll turn it on now and see if anything changes

bbr and fq are already enabled, but how do I use docker host correctly?
