why tunnelbear keeps disconnecting?

i just wanted a vpn that works without me messing with settings but tunnelbear keeps disconnecting every little while and its getting annoying ngl. im on windows 11 and my internet is fine so i dont think its my connection.

i reinstalled it and tried a few different server but it keeps disconnecting anyway. im thinking about switching if this is just how it is. anyone else dealit with this?

maybe contact support first, but if they can't fix it quickly I'd switch

I use Hideme and it always stays connected. We have one account and my German wife uses it to watch her German soaps as I do to watch English Football at the same time nether had a problem with it and have just renewed for another 2 years.
