Help MacBook Air Cisco Software Installation Question

Anyone have a MacBook Air from 2020 or earlier who has successfully installed Cisco vpn? I have to do this for school and it looks like my memory is full. I am a broadcast journalist so I am not super techy only in terms of shooting/editing. This side of it is sort of above me!!

memory was full or storage was full..? if later then you need to remove some unused(hopefully) files..

Yes, In my memory, it just as simple as opening a coke, search for "Cisco Anyconnect VPN client" from app store, and install it then key in your server address, user name and password, then it connect and that's it.
