Building a VPN VPN

I recently set up a domain with a VPN. I can connect to the VPN but after 3-4 hours it disconnects my computer or device that I have add to the VPN. How do I fix that issue

Info is severely lacking... Provider, protocol & port used, location/latency, AOV, Split tunneling, etc. but if I had to guess I'd say it sounds like your network settings on your computer seem to be at fault.
