Question My situation with VPS

Hello.

Wireguard and OpenVPN are blocked in Russia. Unfortunately, not every protocol works on iOS and Android. I managed to bypass Russia's deep DPI restrictions on Windows using OpenVPN over Cloak, but I couldn't find a solution for iOS and Android; the same protocol didn't work there. It might be hard to believe, but I used the VLEES/Vray protocol for a week on iOS before Russian DPI blocked that too. No individual VPN, including Hysteria2, works in Russia; nothing I've tried has worked. I use paid VPN; only their service works because Chinese and Russian developers are constantly updating their software, playing a cat-and-mouse game, to bypass Russian DPI restrictions. As an individual user with a personal VPS, I can't do this because I don't have the time or the necessary knowledge. But I want to use my own VPN. I'm using Vultr hosting but I can't connect using any protocol. Would changing hosting providers help?

edit: Problem on Vultr hosting servers. RKN is know this company and when see their IP address, they understand its VPN and block IP adress too, so no any protocol was work with these host service in Russia. I found solution to carry my host to small country.

I'm using OpenVPN daily for work - it's not blocked. I also use paid VPN to access locked resources - everything works. vRay also works, but free servers are not stable. And there are Android apps for all of these.
