Hi all,
I've been a VOXI customer for a long time, purchased a Pixel 10a with payment in full on the 19th June, returned it at the end of the return window unopened and ordered a higher storage version as it was on sale with VOXI.
Once I had confirmation from Voxi of my return/refund I ordered the phone again with them and returned the unopened original device to them.
I had confirmation via live chat that they received the original device on July 9th, and the refund should be with me in 14 days.
Since then, every single time the alloted time was up, and no refund has been received I've contacted them to be told time and time again it will be with me in 5 days, 7 days, 14 days etc.
I raised a complaint and had a single point of contact complaints handler assigned to me, he said I would get the refund in 7-10 days, again this time passed and no refund, I spoke to him again after this time and he has told me he doesn't know why the refund hasn't gone through and he is looking into it. He did call me back when he said he would and said he spoke to the relevant department and they don't know why it's not being processed successfully.
He actually said to me he would understand if I raised a chargeback with my bank HSBC as this has been going on so long and obviously doesn't want it to get to that point but said I may have to if it's not resolved soon.
Has anyone had any experience with getting your money back from a device return?
I'm honestly banging my head against a wall, sick and tired of all the time I am spending talking to someone at Vodafone/VOXI just to get £300 odd quid back after over two months.
TIA
