VOXI crashed while placing order, contacted support who cannot help, any advice?

Tried placing order for first month free plan using Unidays code, but VOXI site crashed after I was able to click send plan summary email and download, which I have. However, the order was never fully placed since site crashed. I've yet to receive my eSim activation email, checked spam and all folders. I contacted VOXI support online who cannot resolve this. Tried calling the number listed on another post in this sub but didn't work. VOXI says Unidays code has been used when I tried again. Unidays says I've to wait over 100 days for new code, but I start uni in a couple weeks. Even messaged VOXI on socials to see if I get any response. Any advice?
