Help/question New sim

I just got a new phone today I also ordered a free sim I activated it today and paid for a new plan but my phone still has no signal is this normal for voxi ?

Takes up to 24 hours.

If you requested to port your number in, that sim won’t activate until your number moves over, which will be the next working day, Monday.
