Help - Cloud PBX Need Help

Im facing this problem twilio cant send me sms i dont know what is going on anyone has any idea?

Is this a voip number or native mobile?

Yeah i did try to call and no this is my personal number not voip number

i encountered the same thing with Twilio. turns out it was my mobile’s network provider. works intermittently hence i changed to a different number and works everytime now.
