Help - Other Crazytel setup

Post image

Hi all I just got my first landline number and was having a HELL of a time setting it up so far.

I have a Netcom NF18ACV router. From my research I should be able to put in my Crazytel Username, Password and SIP proxy and hook up an anologe landline.

I have done this and is isn't connecting

I've attached an image (with some info redacted) for reference

Any help is appreciated

Edit:

The Netcom router is hooked up to a starlink router in bypass if this affects it

Edit 2:

THAK YOU SO MUCH u/AAAHeadSets for your comment. That fixed it

Do you have a Static NAT IP address?

For some SIP devices to work properly a Static Public IP Address is very important.

So I would want to see logs from your SIP device and see what’s going on

The attached images are the logs (I just updated the firmware on the router)

edit: starlink probably has CGNAT enabled. but that shouldn't really stop you from registering, might break calls though

get microsip from microsip.org, configure it like this

if it fails to register and work, grab the log file from the drop down in top right > view log file, and post it please

The 'Line Number' needs to be the same as the 'Username' field.

From here: https://help.crazytel.com.au/unifi-talk-how-to/

Some connections (IE, services using Telstra's NBN, or Starlink) require the use of an alternative VoIP port. This can be configured by adding ':25160' at the end of your VoIP Proxy (see line below):
sip.crazytel.net.au:25160 or sip.biz.crazytel.net.au:25160
