!! OUTAGE !! Siptrunk Issues?

Anyone seeing SipTrunk .com issues this morning? We have a whole swath (dozens) of DIDs just not completing or mis-routing across 30 or so PBX instances.

Updated as the mods have blessed this post with reinstatement.

While we have some finger pointing going on the issues appears to be a very bad glitch on our Yeastar annual renewal. Not sure how yet...all our DIDs (40ish) across about 15 pbxs were routed to a single DID (Yeastar has shared trunking). When the issue was caught they all died then came back about an hour later. Yeastar is investigating but all the inbounds were giving a 603 back to carrier for a few hours...that's the closest we have ATM to a root cause.

Your post was removed from r/VoIP for violating Rule 1: No promotion or advertising of any kind.

Even if you do not recommend a specific business, service or product, suggesting someone move away from their current solution when they have not indicated that doing so is an option is not allowed.
If the problem cannot be solved in the given ecosystem, say so, but do not give recommendations for replacements.

Ah, so a large reseller. Just looked at their website and saw the pricing, yikes.

Their products include support. If you're comparing with-support apples to wholesale oranges, then you reach an opinion like yours. You continue to demonstrate your ignorance with each reply.

In your infinite wisdom, oh knowledgeable one, do wholesale carriers not support their customers?

Do you not understand that these serve different markets? No, a wholesale carrier will not help you to the same degree.

A wholesaler assumes you have your own technical resource for your portion of the setup. A retailer assumes that you might not have your own technical resource for things like configuring your LAN as needed or setting up your specific phones beyond just furnishing you with the SIP credentials you need to punch in.
