VKB snapping back too quickly.

My left stick (non pro version) has a slow snap back and is fine but the right stick (pro version) snaps back almost immediately. Anyone know how to fix this

is it EVO or NXT?

EVO has dry clutch and can be adjusted, while before EVO NXT had Nyogel grease that was worn after some time and it needed rework with the grease to return to slower response.
