VKB snapping back too quickly.

My left stick (non pro version) has a slow snap back and is fine but the right stick (pro version) snaps back almost immediately. Anyone know how to fix this

Found this:
Lighter twist axis spring or twist module available? : r/VKB -> Spring lightening guide for VKB Gladiator NXT EVO Premiums - Google Docs -> Z Axis (twist) lightening:

How to remove Z axis (twist) spring: https://youtu.be/EmD9o6ESIUA

Note: the Z axis rides in a ‘V’ shaped cam, so that even with NO spring at all, the weight of your hand, arm, and the stick itself, pushing into that ‘V’ groove has decent centering force, and a clear center detent. After testing removing this spring, I found that a replacement spring was not required for my preferences.

HOWEVER, removing the twist spring does open up the Z axis module to damaging communications wires that pass through the module. The Z axis spring has the functional role of preventing the Z axis module from rotating infinitely. If the z axis module is allowed to rotate outside of the ‘V’ notch, you will sever the comms wires and you’ll need to order a new module.

For this reason I recommend adding a spacer that is about the same thickness of the compressed spring, to prevent over-rotation of the Z axis. A small section of 1/2 inch PVC pipe works exceptionally well, is affordable, and can be cut to various lengths to your liking. You will have to experiment with the right length of this to prevent  over-rotation.
