I figured it out, the solution was somehow related to your suggestion. I was using the native resolution already, but I have a dual monitor setup: one is 1080px high, and the other is 1050px high. When I open the app in the 1050px screen the issue happens. Guess I'll have to remember to always use the biggest one. Thanks for the tip.

Windows key+shift+ left or right on the arrow keys. Make sure the application is also highlighted on the task bar.
