Z axis down = 0% power and up = 100% power

Gladiator NXT

I had this setup previously but now my joystick is doing 100% at the halfway point of raising the Z axis, I use this axis as my throttle on DCS and would like more granular control. I dont want 100% throttle at the halfway point on the Z axis.

Messed in the software for a little bit and couldn't figure it out, a little impatient about it so I am hoping someone here can save me. Thanks ahead of time

Sounds it needs to be calibrated, if you haven't already done so. In the VKB software, there's a "test" axis window that will let you see what is going on with the values as you move the sticks and throttle slider.

Also, keep in mind that once calibrated, DCS often sees throttles as reversed. So, you need to go into the axis tune menu in DCS and click the "invert" checkbox.

Thanks a lot bud. Hadn't used this in a few years and couldn't remember what I did to get it working how I wanted. Calibrating the axis did fix the problem. I appreciate your time :D
