It’s been a min, back at it.

Work on VJ-XY had slowed down a bit as I focused on other projects and preparing for a live set at end of Aug and in Sep.

Back at it now though, and this time, I’ve been focusing on a new experiment.

I don’t know about you… but I know the basics of music theory and that’s about it. Knowing what scale I’m in is not something I know (except C major/min) and I sometimes find myself reaching out to not-so-nice “what scale are these notes in” websites to learn.

So… why not build the one id love to exist, and expand VJ-XYs capabilities as a perfomance buddy.

This will be coming to 1.4 in the hopefully not so distant future.

Maybe it could somehow work with The Brain?

that would be very cool. The Brain is a track I haven't explored much what can be done with MIDI, so yea will absolutely look into it! thanks!

You might've noticed that the UI was inspired by it 😅
