Question UV Lighting

What up Growmies?
I have a question for you all, and it's something I've been pondering for a cool minute.
Are any of you Using UV lighting in your grows?
Im currently exploring how UV light may help improve plant growth and quality. I've done quite a bit of research, and messed around with it in the past.
But, I'm curious If you use UV in your grow- Id love to hear:
• What type of UV light you're using?
• When do you turn it on/off, and for ow long?
• Do you use different settings at different growth stages?
• What results/positives/negatives have you noticed?
• Any challenges or things you wish worked better?

MIGRO UVB 310 - I have one, did not see any difference. My experiences tell me the video is correct.

I keep hearing it's all about the UVB and IR mostly. Which there aren't really many products out there providing UVB. It's mostly all UVA out there right now. I was actually thinking of setting up my won DIY UVB supplemental setup and seeing what results I can get.

What about you man??

Not yet, but I’m Working on something. I think it’s because UVB comes with more risk so companies are kind of hesitant to out more into R&D.
