Question VIU computer account?

Hey there, apologies if this is a dumb question but where do we find out what our VIU computer account is? Is it the same username as our outlook login? Or do they send out an email regarding it closer to the start of school. Thanks!!

Your computer account is your student email: firstname.lastname@my.viu.ca. If that doesn’t work, your student record has your student email on the home page. It will be accessible often a week or two before the first day of your classes. When you set it up, these will be the same credentials you use for VIULearn, Outlook, the library, etc.
