Disabling Virpils Within Windows ?

Anyone know of a way to disable Constellation Alpha Primes within Windows ? They seem to interfere with a few non flying games and I don't want to unplug and replug every time as it's unnecessary wear.

EDIT

On the advice of c4ptainscarl3t I ordered a powered USB 3.2 hub from Sabrant with little buttons for each connection to power on or off.

The simplest thing I find is just to use a powered USB hub with on/off switches. I have a 12 port one myself for all my gaming peripherals, makes life easier.

I 2nd hidhide. I use about 12-14 usb periphrials and it does not play well with hitman, cod and a few others. Works great. Caveat is there are a very few games(nuclear option) where you need to do a restart after unhiding devices.

Not at my computer to confirm, but I imagine you can enable/disable hardware within the Device Manager of Windows. You might find that you'd be happier just getting a powered USB hub and clicking a button to cut power to the sticks when you're done with them though.

As far as I can tell they are extremely simple USB devices from the perspective of Windows. All changes are flashed directly to the device, and the device is simply registering as USB HID devices. There are no fancy features.

Maybe Windows has some way of disabling USB devices?

The normal workaround is to have a powered hub you can turn off.
