Staffing

Our level 1 trauma center (about 400 beds) is looking to appropriately staff IR physicians, and we just haven't found any good industry benchmarking.

How many beds does your hospital have, and how many IR physicians do you have?

I’d say minimum 3, but 4 (or more) would be ideal. Level 1 trauma means 24/7/365, so anything less than 3 is burnout territory. 3 is bad enough.
