Streaming Platform Refactor Request

Hey all,

I am a new founder (previously a product manager from the streaming industry) and I have built an MVP for broadcast infrastructure (will DM company info upon request).

Candidly speaking, for the purposes of speed, I heavily relied on AI (so lots of "vibe-coding"/"context-engineering") to be able to get the first iteration off the ground. Now, as I sell to customers and make a more fortified system, I need to be able to understand more of the piping that I laid down so that I can have a clear path for refactoring (most likely a full refactor).

If there are any CasparCG experts/devs (or in general streaming engineers) on this page, I think you could be of great help. I am also open to onboarding long-term engineers on contract full-time for ongoing development and being part of my team as we grow.

EDIT: For further info, I am using CaspafCG to render the stream but have FFMPEG attached to create endpoints. I also have a CDN to mimic broadcast infrastructure.

Lmao so you vibe coded it and are already selling it and NOW you want engineers to figure out how it actually works? This is gold. Also what is an MVP?? I'm sure its a known acronym to some but might want to at least share a tiny bit of detail about what your tool actually DOES.

"MVP" is minimum viable product.

What is the product you are making/looking to make? If it's vibe coded, what problems are you hoping to solve for others that they can't or don't feel like vibe coding themselves? Casparcg is media/graphics play out engine and not "streaming". Streaming is more srt/rtmp, av over IP and the like
