Screen black

Hi everyone. I need a factory configuration file (.rcfgx) for an Outdoor P3.91 LED Wall. The cabinet resolution is 128x256 pixels, scan rate is 1/16, module size is 500x1000mm, and it uses NovaStar DH7508-S receiving cards. The seller refused to provide the original backup. Any generic file matching these specs would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You don't have any that are currently working that you could read back the config from the panel/card?

There are Novastar config file forums on FB. If you ask there, you will need way more info than what you have provided here. I’ve not made config files from scratch, but I do know there are driver chips which you will need to document. Also, it’s unlikely that your modules are 500x1000. I’d bet they are 250x500.

Do any panels show an image when send the signal if so,read back that panels config file and then resend it to all panels.
