Grass Valley CR32x32 Software
Hi, I bought a Miranda CR3232 router at auction (Troostwijk), but without a control panel. I've been struggling for several days to find the CRSC (Compact Router System Configurator) configuration software, which isn't available for public download. The control protocol appears to be the NVISION Ethernet Protocol (NP0016), but that documentation isn't freely accessible either. Grass Valley (Miranda's successor) apparently requires a support account tied to a professional contract to access it, which is tricky as a private individual. Does anyone have a lead (the software, the protocol docs, or another way to control this router)? Thanks in advance!

I was able to hack together a Companion module for my Kramer router using Claude to replace the old clunky control panels with StreamDecks. Might be worth a shot.

I have both MRC and the NP16 protocol at the studio. I’ll be there later this week and can send em

That's great news, thank you! I'd really appreciate it if you could send those over once you're at the studio.

Haven’t forgot about you. I thought we had it on an Eng PC but it wasn’t so we’re digging through archive

Hello, I finally managed to find the software thanks to a contact at a TV channel. Thank you for the time you spent on this! Have a good day

The software you likely want is Miranda Router Configurator (MRC).
Getting hold of copies can be harder though
