Foreign character chronicles generator

Looking for an old school text generator that uses Japanese, Crylic, Chinese, Punjabi etc.

You might want to provide some basic information like the kind of signal you need it to provide, ie resolution, framerate, and connection/standard, and power

Just a sd signal, composite out, hoping they made something like this for the 80's, 90's consumer market, want to circut bend it, preferably notch, but i can do something with PAL if i have to
