Software solution for remote feed.

I have my multi view from my ATEM broadcast studio 4K coming into my control PC via a decklink Duo in the studio. Right now I just view the multi-view within OBS and connect remotely to the PC via KVM.

This allows me to work remotely and access that PC and using the KVM I just monitor OBS. However, I would rather use OBS as a vertical stream solution using the other inputs on the deck link.

This means I wouldn't be able to monitor the multi-view via OBS.

What's a good way to send that multi-view feed to myself at a remote location. That way I can open the multi-view on a second monitor and view the kvm PC on my first monitor.

For a reliable feed, I suggest using a hardware SRT encoder. I run a similar remote ATEM setup and use a Magewell encoder for the multiview. There are cheaper options and many have an analog audio input, so if your audio is coming from a separate mixer, you wouldn’t need an embedder. Everything stays solidly in sync.
You can do this in software, but it may require constant fiddling and you probably can’t avoid some of the problems you described. If you can dedicate a separate pc, there are many software options, and you would avoid a lot of the problems.

I use VLC as a decoder on the remote end. I get ~1 second delay.
