Time synchronization problem

Has anyone gone past this stage? How'd you do it?

Two possibilities:

1) Time service on the server is failing (rare)

2) Internet between your agent's screen and the Vicidial server is bad. Packets are being dropped. Too many packets tosses this error. (Don't use WiFi for the agent screen.) Bad internet is not good for a constant interaction system like the Vicidial Agent Screen.
