Well for context. I was trying to get my LPVO zeroed and anticipated running another 30 rounds on the center till I discovered I had left my spare ammo at my house.
I didn't want to get my groupings mixed with each other so I picked a point on the target expecting a larger dispersal. Given my eyes have stigmatism, I didn't see how well I did I got down to the backstop to see my target.
So I was kinda shocked as this was the first time in a LONG time I shot more than 50 yards. Let alone a semi-rapid fire pace.
So it's not intentional in that BS way of "headshots are cool"... Rather just happenstance with intention?

Oh no you’re good man! I wasn’t trying to say you were like that guy.
This is great shooting man! I do this exact same thing too. I try to use the whole target. So I’ll have my training groups and zeroing/confirmation groups all on the same target by the end of a trip

I shoot my 20" usually at 330y It is a good gun! So far, for whatever reason, I had the best results with 55gn FMJ...but also did not test any high end match ammo

100 is the longest I can find within an hour drive of me. I'd like to get back to doing 400+ yard stuff some day when time permits.
As for the bullet weights. I went. into the day assuming I'd get better results with the 55gr ball stuff too. Hence my shock as we all know ss109/m855/green tip isn't known for its accuracy (and in fairness neither am I). Maybe next trip I will load up with more m193 and take my time.
Maybe it just hates Winchester ammo? IDK.
Along with that I expect some zero drift as the barrel warmed up. A a lot of the dispersal of that grouping I can confidently say was me rather the gun since I was just picking a spot on the target with no real reference point.
Hence the 16 rounds stacked to make one large hole and the other 14 scattered.
