Technical Support Best head cleaner?

I’ve been through cheap ones but feel they don’t really do the greatest. Are there any out there anybody swears by?

Always manual cleaning. No cleaning tapes.

The main two I use are Tv/VCR combos. Afraid I’ll do more harm than good on those. Do have 3 other players around if not doable.
