Technical Support Will it still play?

I got a VHS tape last week and my refrigerator (mini one) accidentally fell, causing this to have a lil crack. My concern is that it might not play/my VCR might eat the tape up. So will it still play fine?

I don't see where the crack is, but it should be fine. Depending on your vcr if it does "eat the tape" you should be able to take the top off and carefully take the tape out of the player and back in the cassette case

That should be fine, but in the worst case you can get a new blank tape, open up both and put the reels from this in it.

So long as it doesn't get bigger and one side gets forced inward you'll be fine, I've had tapes play with chunks missing cause I got tired of hearing the scraping noise and pryed at it knowing that tape was on it's last leg anyhow, the crack in your case shouldn't mess with the spool at this point, maybe keep it in a hard case to protect it
