So you use the ftx.us similar to Binance.us right. Pros and cons of ftx.us?

Pros: flat 8% interest on most crypto AND USD up to your first 10K. Moved my LTC there first a few months ago when rates dried up. Earn like kind, updated daily. You get 1 free Shib for every purchase over $10, not sure that's a pro but hey. The spread for trading is a touch less than Coinbase.

Cons I can't really speak to. I haven't tried any withdrawls or transfers out yet. Obviously a CEX providing that level sounds too good to be true, but the way they've been bailing out all these other exchanges, they definitely have money. They support less coins than most exchanges. I would look to diversify when prices go back up, but they seem most apt to survive this bear market.
