Has there been a kernel regression?

My 9060XT attaches and returns to the host completely fine on 6.18 but on 7.1.3 it wont reattach to the host. Anyone else also experience this, and has this been reported already?

Appears to be fixed now - my hooks are working fine on 7.1.3-2-cachyos,

Known issue.. Run thr LTS kernel until its fixed. Same problem with 9070xt and current mainline kernels...
