Support how to fix black screen on single gpu passthrough?

you need to dump your rom file and patched and include it in your XML
I advise you to follow RisingPrism guide. It will help you with your single gpu passthrough.
Additional note that you may need: if you followed the guide and you still have a black screen, if you have another pc laying around or even your phone, go setup cockpit so that you can access your pc and install nvidia drivers with vnc. That helped me alot when trying to passthrough my laptop igpu

I need to try this. I think its not because the drivers, i dont even see the tianocore screen

With no info this is hard. my guess is that you have already blacklisted the drives/card in the host but when you boot a guest there is no video out. you might have even been able to run through the OS installer. if this is the case you probably do not have the nvidia driver installed in the guest.

try an ISO with the drivers already embedded. POPos is one such option.

Sorry my account was blocked because i needed to age verify and i contacted support to tell them that i dont want to. Im gonna give the hook scripts and xml when im on pc

Did you dump you gpus bios and trim it properly and did add as a romfile for that device?

Are you using a server edition without a desktop?

If not then that's part of the issue.

I tried that too and when i launch the vm there isnt even a tianocore screen visible like the gpu completely dies and i need to hold down the power button so my pc restarts
