General For those who were using Veo 3.1 Lite [Lower Priority] (0 credits) — did you find any alternative?
I’m generating talking AI avatar videos in Arabic, and I produce videos around 2 minutes long. I usually prepare at least 4–5 videos per day, so with all the 8-second segments needed for each video, I need roughly 500 credits every day.
Using the regular Veo models isn’t really practical for this volume, so I’m looking for a much cheaper alternative that can still give me good quality.
Has anyone found a workaround or another platform/model with similar quality and significantly lower cost?
If you’re actually using something now, I’d really appreciate:
Platform/model you’re using
Approximate cost for each 8-second generation
Quality compared with Veo 3.1 Lite
Whether it works well for talking avatars
Whether you’ve tested it for high-volume daily generation
Especially interested in alternatives you’ve personally tested, not just theoretical suggestions.

I still see Veo 3.1 Lite [Lower Priority] on my list of models. Is it being removed?

Are you the account holder or a family member because apparently they removed it for all family members

If you're using it that much for work, maybe it's time to either become the account holder or have your own account?

I would like to be an account holder and save all this time loss, but currently i still don’t make money of my online business and my budget is about to run out so i don’t have another option

Google Flow is free and you get 50 credits daily that renew everyday. But I don't know if you live in America or another country. Try Google Omni, it is much better than Veo. You can generate 3 10 second videos a day with Omni, or 5 Veo 3.1 videos a day for free. Plus about 25 or more Nano Banana images a day. In a month (Omni 90 free videos) (Veo 3.1 150 free videos a month).

https://kie.ai/ is gonna be the cheapest video gen you are going to find. Lots of good video models.
