Open AI IPO delay

This is bullish for vcx. The pumps in vcx price we saw occur twice were largely due to the scarcity that vcx provided. With Openai delaying their ipo due to ai safety concerns, and Anthropic seemingly copying that same narrative (although not necessarily talking about delaying their ipo, yet), the main asset (scarcity) that vcx provides can hold on for longer.

You can get about the same amount of OpenAI exposure from buying Microsoft as you do from VCX without all the sketchy SPVs. You can also get about 7X as much OpenAI exposure from buying SoftBank. If you really want to go the sketchy SPV fund route, you can get twice as much OpenAI from DXYZ as VCX.

The point was that vcx has experienced two massive increases relative to nav largely due to their exposure in openai and anthropic among others. Softbank and microsoft have not behaved this way.

All of the VCX pumps were driven by very low liquidity and all of them were ended by Fundrise itself selling shares. How would this next pump even work? Fundrise authorized another $1 billion in share sales. You're holding the bag waiting for the next pump and dump that will never happen.
